Refunds & Cancellations
Most of our non personalised items are refundable and we will issue a full refund for the product cost, excluding the original postage costs.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
Please ensure your contact details and order number are included to ensure we can track the return back to your original order.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalised items unless you believe your item is damaged.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us via our portal to discuss what we can do to help you before you send anything back. We ask for this to be completed within 7days of receiving your item. We recommend that in the case any items are sent back to us that you use the original packaging to avoid any damage. Anything you return must be returned at your expense, we also recommend that use a signed for postal service and retain your receipt for proof of postage until your item has reached us.

Please ensure you have the correct spelling of all names before you submit your order, we copy and paste all information from orders into our system and do not accept any liability for incorrect spellings. If we are unsure about a spelling or an order we will contact you before we process the order.
